As of December 31, 2020, it operated a fleet of 1,432 railcars, including 1,058 coiled and insulated railcars, and 374 non-coiled and non-insulated railcars. USD Partners GP LLC serves as the general partner of the company. The company was incorporated in 2014 and is headquartered in Houston, Texas.
