Toll Brothers, Inc. has a strategic partnership with Equity Residential to develop new rental apartment communities in the United States markets. Toll Brothers, Inc. was founded in 1967 and is headquartered in Horsham, Pennsylvania.

The company sells its products primarily through independent dealers in the United States, Canada, and internationally. Winnebago Industries, Inc. was founded in 1958 and is based in Forest City, Iowa.
