On August 18, 2025, ETHZilla Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the Company’s name change from 180 Life Sciences Corp. to ETHZilla Corporation, effective August 18, 2025. The press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated into this Item 7.01 by reference.
