Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On August 12, 2021, 1847 Goedeker Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release and will hold a conference call regarding its financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2021. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
