Item 8.01 Other Events

On June 17, 2026, AbCellera Biologics Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing a preclinical research collaboration, option and license agreement to discover and develop next-generation T-cell engaging (TCE) multispecific antibodies. The collaboration will leverage AbCellera’s antibody discovery engine to deliver optimized development candidates for multiple gastrointestinal (GI) cancers and other solid tumors. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
