In response to inquiries from investors and analysts, Accenture plc (“Accenture”) is filing this Current Report on Form 8-K to disclose that in fiscal 2021, Accenture’s revenues in Russia were approximately $120 million and $0 in Ukraine and Belarus. Accenture currently employs fewer than 2,300 people in Russia, 0 people in Ukraine and 0 people in Belarus.
