LUXEMBOURG, April 23, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Adecoagro S.A. (NYSE:AGRO), a leading sustainable production company in South America, announces its Board of Directors has approved a cash dividend distribution:

Amount to be Distributed: $17.5 million
Dividend per Share: $0.12126801
Record Date: May 4, 2026
Payment Date: May 19, 2026

This dividend distribution is the first of a two-tranche cash dividend payable in two installments. The second installment shall be payable on or about November 2026, in an equal cash amount.
