Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On October 30, 2023, AEye, Inc. (the “Company”) terminated the employment of Luis C. Dussan, the Company’s Chief Technology Officer, effective November 15, 2023.
