On November 11, 2022, Tomer Tzur resigned from his position as a director of AFC Gamma, Inc. (the “Company”), effective as of such date. Mr. Tzur’s decision to resign is for personal reasons and is not the result of any dispute or disagreement with the Company or any matter related to the Company's operations, policies or practices.
