Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers

On June 29, 2022, Tessa M. Nolan, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Affinity Bancshares, Inc. (the “Company”) and Affinity Bank, informed the Company and Affinity Bank that she would be resigning, effective August 31, 2022. It is expected that the Boards of Directors of the Company and Affinity Bank will formally appoint Ms. Nolan’s successor at the regular July board meeting.
