Event to Feature Digit 5, Agility’s Scaling Strategy and Perspectives From Schaeffler, Foxconn and AUVSI

Agility Robotics, a leading humanoid robotics and physical AI company, will host its Analyst & Investor Day today, beginning at 12:30 p.m. ET in New York City. The event will be livestreamed and available to investors, analysts, media and the public through Agility’s investor relations website.

In addition to presentations from Agility’s leadership team, the event will feature perspectives from leaders across Agility’s customer, manufacturing and broader robotics ecosystem including:

Schaeffler - David Kerr, President, Humanoid Robotics and Courtney Baines, Advanced Technology Production Engineer
Foxconn - Nelson Hsieh, Director, Central Strategic Investment Department
AUVSI - Heather Lee, Acting President and CEO (Association for Uncrewed Vehicle Systems International)

The event comes at a significant period of momentum for Agility as the company advances the commercial deployment and scale of humanoid robotics. In September, Agility unveiled Digit 5, its next-generation humanoid robot engineered for cooperatively safe work at scale. Built on more than 65,000 hours of real-world operation and years of commercial deployment experience, Digit 5 incorporates customer feedback and technology advancements designed to enable broader adoption across manufacturing, warehousing and logistics.

Agility has secured more than $300 million¹ in multi-year orders for Digit 5 and today has robots operating in commercial environments with leading global enterprises. Earlier this year, the company also opened a new Fremont, California facility focused on hardware and Physical AI development and announced plans to become a publicly traded company through a business combination with Churchill Capital Corp XI (NASDAQ:CCXI). The business combination is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2026, after which the combined company will operate as Agility Robotics and is expected to trade on Nasdaq under the ticker symbol "AGLT."

"Humanoid robotics is moving from what’s possible to what’s practical, and our focus is on building the technology, customer relationships and operating foundation required to deploy it at scale," said Peggy Johnson, Chief Executive Officer of Agility Robotics. "Today, we’ll give investors a deeper look at how more than three years of commercial deployment experience shaped Digit 5, the opportunity we see ahead, and the roadmap we’re executing to bring humanoid robots into more workplaces around the world."

During the event, members of Agility’s senior leadership team will discuss:

Digit 5 and Agility’s technology platform, including how commercial deployments and customer feedback have shaped the product roadmap and Agility’s approach to cooperative safety;
Commercial adoption and the customer perspective, including insights from companies deploying and working with humanoid robotics in industrial environments;
Scaling manufacturing and the humanoid robotics supply chain, including the infrastructure and partnerships required to support broader commercial adoption;
The broader robotics and autonomy landscape, including perspectives on safety, standards and the evolution of the humanoid robotics market;
Software, autonomy and Physical AI, and how advances in intelligence will expand the range of work Digit can perform over time; and
Agility’s long-term financial opportunity and operating model as the company scales.
