On December 3, 2024 (the “Effective Date”), Brian Towns notified the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Agrify Corporation (the “Company”) that he would resign as the Company’s Executive Vice President and General Manager of Extraction Division, effective as of the Effective Date, to pursue other opportunities.
