Other Events.

On March 14, 2025, Alcoa Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the consideration to purchase for cash any and all of the outstanding 5.500% senior unsecured notes due 2027 issued by Alcoa Nederland Holding B.V., fully guaranteed on an unsecured basis by the Company. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference into this Item 8.01.
