Explanation of Responses:

1. This transaction represents the settlement of restricted stock units in shares of common stock on May 16, 2024.

2. Charles Allen was initially granted a total of 8,000 restricted stock units ("RSUs") on July 11, 2023, of which were subsequently modified effective as of December 31, 2023 to 4,000 RSUs which were fully vested as of December 31, 2023.

3. 4,000 shares underlying the RSUs were settled as of May 16, 2024. After the settlement of the shares of common stock that were underlying the 4,000 RSUs, Charles Allen did not own any RSUs.
