Other Events

Ambarella, Inc. (the “Company”) is aware of reports that the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. (“FDIC”) has taken control of Silicon Valley Bank (“SVB”) due to liquidity concerns. As of March 10, 2023, the Company had deposits with SVB of approximately $17 million. The Company’s total cash, cash equivalents and marketable debt securities on hand at the end of the fourth quarter of fiscal 2023 ended January 31, 2023 was $206.9 million.
