Explanation of Responses:

1. These restricted stock units vest over two years, with 1/3th vesting on February 21, 2026, 1/3th vesting on August 21, 2026, and 1/3th vesting on February 21, 2027.

Remarks:

This amendment to Form 4 is being filed to correct the acquired amount in Box 4 and the balance in Box 5, which contained incorrect amounts in the Reporting Person's original filing from February 25, 2025.
