Explanation of Responses:

1. Represents shares acquired pursuant to a directed share program in connection with the Issuer's initial public offering.

2. The Form 4 filed by the reporting person on July 19, 2024 inadvertently failed to report shares acquired by the reporting person's sons on July 19, 2024. By this amendment, the reporting person corrects such report by reporting such acquisition.
