Explanation of Responses:

1. This Form 4/A amends the Form 4 filed on March 12, 2025, solely to correct an administrative error with respect to the transaction date.

2. Represents the settlement of performance stock units awarded as payment for the achievement of performance metrics granted on January 1, 2024, of which 1/3 vested on March 6, 2025, 1/3 vest on January 2, 2026, and 1/3 vest on January 2, 2027, as described in the Issuer's proxy statement for the 2024 annual meeting of shareholders.
