Explanation of Responses:

1. The reported price in Column 4 is a weighted average purchase price. The shares acquired on December 20, 2024 were purchased in multiple transactions at prices ranging from $6.21 to $6.25 per share. The Reporting Person undertakes to provide to the Issuer, any security holder of the Issuer, or the staff of the Securities and Exchange Commission, upon request, full information regarding the number of shares purchased at each separate price within the range set forth in this footnote.

Remarks:

The Form 4 is amending the previously filed Form 4 on December 23, 2024 due to a change in column 4 from a "D" to an "A".
