1. Reflects the price of 49,998 shares of common stock of LiveWire Group, Inc. sold by the reporting person in a riskless principal transaction on June 11, 2025.

2. Reflects the price of 56,559 shares of common stock of LiveWire Group, Inc. sold by the reporting person in a riskless principal transaction on June 12, 2025.

3. Includes 121,360 unvested restricted stock units with each unit representing the contingent right to receive one share of the Issuer's common stock upon vesting.
