2. This sell was matchable against a purchase under Section 16(b) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended. Mr. Lucente has paid the Issuer $1,860.00, ($2,810.00 less $950.00 previously paid for the matchable transaction) representing the full amount of profit realized in connection with the short-swing transactions. The amount of profit realized includes a purchase that occurred on and was reported on a Form 4 on February 23, 2024
