1. These shares were purchased under the Issuer's Nonqualified 2022 Stock Purchase Plan and includes a 25% match.

2. This Form 4/A amends and corrects the Form 4 filed November 10, 2025. The number of shares should be 6,456 rather than 9,156 as previously reported.
