Explanation of Responses:

1. On February 19, 2025, the reporting person filed a Form 4 which omitted the issuer's withholding of common shares to satisfy the tax liability obligation of the reporting person caused by a previous transaction. As reported in this amendment, the issuer withheld 1,052 common shares, at the direction of the reporting person, to satisfy the tax liability obligation of the reporting person.
