Explanatory Note: This Form 8-K/A amends the Form 8-K filed on July 16, 2025, of GCI Liberty, Inc. (the “Company”) to correct the company name on the signature page. No other changes have been made.
Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On July 15, 2025, the Company announced that it will host a conference call to discuss results for the second quarter of 2025 on Thursday, August 7th, at 11:15 a.m. (E.T.). The call may discuss the financial performance and outlook of the Company, as well as other forward looking matters.
This Current Report on Form 8-K and the press release attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 are being furnished to the Securities and Exchange Commission under Item 7.01 of Form 8-K in satisfaction of the public disclosure requirements of Regulation FD and shall not be deemed "filed" for any purpose.
