Explanation of Responses:

1. This Form 3/A amends the original Form 3 filed on 5/28/2026 to correct the number of shares beneficially owned as of the date of becoming a reporting person. This amendment is filed to correct an administrative error in the number of securities previously reported in a brokerage account and the Reporter's transfer agent account.
