Explanation of Responses:

1. Each American Depositary Share ("ADS") represents one (1) Class A ordinary share, with a par value of US$0.00005 per share, of Tuya Inc. (the "Issuer").

2. The amount of ADSs include (i) 177,500 ADSs beneficially owned and (ii) 100,000 restricted stock units granted to the reporting person on July 5, 2022 and vested on July 5, 2026. These restricted stock units represent a contingent right to receive one ADS following vesting.

Remarks:

This Amendment No.1 to Form 3, or Form 3/A, is being filed to correct the type and amount of securities beneficially owned reported in Table I of the original Form 3 filed on March 18, 2026. The correct type and amount of securities beneficially owned include 277,500 ADSs, not 187,500 ADSs. In addition, the correct state of the Reporting Person is the UK, not Singapore. All other information remains unchanged.
