Explanation of Responses:

1. Based upon information that the issuer provided the reporting person with respect to shares surrendered to the issuer to satisfy tax withholding requirements, on February 9, 2024, the reporting person filed a Form 4 that inadvertently reported that the reporting person surrendered 5,593 shares of the issuer's Common Stock to satisfy tax withholding obligations resulting from the vesting of certain restricted stock units of the issuer. Later, the issuer revised the actual number of withholding shares required based on updated withholding calculations. Thus, as reported in this amendment, the reporting person only surrendered 5,008 shares of the issuer's Common Stock to satisfy those tax withholding obligations, and this amendment corrects this amount.
