Explanation of Responses:

1. The reporting person's Form 4 filed on November 7, 2024 inadvertently understated the shares withheld by 208 shares.

2. Previous number of shares beneficially owned, 72,662, adjusted for 1-for-20 reverse stock split, to 3,631. This also corrects the share amount disposed for taxes on February 8, 2024, that was adjusted for the reverse split but subtracted from the unadjusted.
