Explanation of Responses:

1. On March 24, 2023, the Reporting Person filed a Form 4 that inadvertently reported incorrect amounts held by the Reporting Person, which included RSU awards that had not vested. The correct amounts and footnote information are reflected in this amendment.

2. Each restricted stock unit represents a contingent right to receive one share of Northrim common stock.

3. The restricted stock units vest 100% three years from the grant date of March 23, 2023.

4. The original Form 4 filing inadvertently indicated the market price of Northrim common stock on the date of grant. The grant of restricted stock units were awarded for no consideration.
