Explanation of Responses:

1. This amendment corrects the Amount of Securities Beneficially Owned as shown on the Form 4 filed by the reporting person on August 19, 2025 and subsequent filings to remove 5,665 performance stock units that were inadvertently included due to an administrative error. The performance stock units were not earned because the applicable performance goals were not achieved.

Remarks:

The reporting person is Senior Vice President & General Manager, Edge Compute & Connectivity Division, and Chief Product Officer.
