Explanation of Responses:

1. Adjusted to reflect a ten-for-one forward split of the Issuer's common stock effective after market close on June 7, 2024.

2. Reflects 258,680 shares, on a post-split basis, transferred from direct holdings to the Trust on August 16, 2023.

3. The shares are held by the Welch-Drell 2009 Revocable Trust, U/A DTD April 16, 2009 (the "Trust"), of which the Reporting Person is a trustee.

4. Represents weighted average sales price. The shares were sold at prices ranging from $131.70 to $131.74. The Reporting Person will provide upon request, to the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Issuer or security holder of the Issuer, full information regarding the number of shares sold at each separate price.

Remarks:

This amendment is being filed solely to add footnote 4 to reflect that the sales price of the June 14, 2024 transaction represents the weighted average sales price per share. This amended report does not report any new transactions or otherwise modify the transaction details that were previously reported.
