Explanation of Responses:

1. Restricted stock units convert into common stock on a one-for-one basis.

2. On February 9, 2024, the reporting person was granted 11,935 restricted stock units, vesting in three annual installments beginning on the first anniversary of the grant date.

3. The Form 4 originally filed on February 13, 2024, inadvertently over-reported the number of restricted stock units granted to the reporting person. This amendment is being filed to correct the number of restricted stock units granted to and held by the reporting person.

4. The Form 4/A filed on February 27, 2024, still contained an inadvertently over-reported number of restricted stock units granted to the reporting person. This amendment is being filed to correct the number of restricted stock units granted to and held by the reporting person.
