Remarks:

On 01/17/24 the reporting person filed a Form 5 which inadvertently reported 3.454 DRIP shares, 132.3269 DRIP shares and 201.6281 DRIP shares of Common Shares in a private purchase or on the open market. These shares were included in the line item w/ the column 5 total of 17,635.8979 (regular shares & restricted shares). These were acquired under the Community Trust Bancorp, Inc. Dividend Reinvestment Plan and should not have been listed as a purchase. The amended Form 5 that I will file today will show a line item of a holding of 19,069.8979 which represents 2,299 restricted, 15,336.8979 regular (DRIPs 132.3269 & 201.6281) and 1,434 Raymond James investment. There will also be a line item that will represent a holding of 261.4890 (DRIP 3.454 indirect IRA).
