Remarks:

On 01/18/24 the reporting person filed a Form 5 which inadvertently reported 30.3811 DRIP 10/02/23 of Common Shares in a private purchase or on the open market. These shares were acquired under the Community Trust Bancorp, Inc. Dividend Reinvestment Plan and should not have been reported on a separate line item. The amended form 5 will show a line item holding of 4,818.9508 (2,558 restricted and 2,260.9508 regular which includes 30.3811 DRIP).
