ITEM 6.	OWNERSHIP OF MORE THAN FIVE PERCENT ON BEHALF OF ANOTHER PERSON: The Reporting Persons subsidiary, 1832 Asset Management LP, has discretion over the investments held by certain funds. These funds hold 2,245,807 shares of this issuer in aggregate. Such funds are entitled to receive all dividends from these securities and are also entitled to the proceeds received from their sale. The Reporting Person has received 485 shares as collateral from its clients in connection with certain underlying transactions. These clients receive any dividends paid by such shares and such shares are returned to the clients upon the completion of the underlying transactions. The Reporting Persons subsidiary, Scotia Capital Inc., has received 233 shares as collateral from its clients in connection with certain underlying transactions. These clients receive any dividends paid by such shares and such shares are returned to the clients upon the completion of the underlying transactions.
