Taobao China Holding Limited is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Taobao Holding Limited, which is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Alibaba Group Holding Limited. Accordingly, Taobao Holding Limited and Alibaba Group Holding Limited may be deemed to indirectly beneficially own the securities of the Issuer held directly by Taobao China Holding Limited.

Taobao China Holding Limited is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Taobao Holding Limited, which is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Alibaba Group Holding Limited. Accordingly, Alibaba Group Holding Limited may be deemed to beneficially own 4,189,810 Class A Shares of the Issuer, representing 4.1% of the Issuer’s Class A Shares.
