Row 9 of each Reporting Person's cover page to this Schedule 13G sets forth the aggregate number of shares of common stock of the Issuer beneficially owned by such Reporting Person as of June 30, 2026 and is incorporated by reference. BioDiscovery 6 is the record holder of 1,391,990 shares of common stock. Voting and dispositive decisions with respect to the securities held by BioDiscovery 6 are made by its management company, Andera. The managing partners of Andera are Bergez and Mauron. As a result, each of the Reporting Persons may be deemed to beneficially own the securities held by BioDiscovery 6.
