Item 5.02 Departures of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On December 3, 2025, the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of SentinelOne, Inc. (the “Company”) appointed Mark Barrenechea to the Board. Mr. Barrenechea’s appointment was reported under Item 5.02 on the Company’s Current Report on Form 8-K filed on December 4, 2025. Mr. Barrenechea’s committee assignments had not been determined at that time.

The Company is filing this Form 8-K/A to report that on December 9, 2025, the Board appointed Mr. Barrenechea to serve as a member of the Company’s Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee, effective as of that date.
