(b) On March 24, 2025, Kimberly J. Harris notified the Board of Directors of Ameren Corporation (the "Company") that she was resigning as a director of the Company, effective immediately. Ms. Harris’s resignation was for personal reasons to focus on her health and recovery from a recent medical issue and not due to any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
