The cash dividend is payable May 22, 2023 to shareholders of record on May 8, 2023. This cash dividend represents a 3.83% annualized yield using the April 20, 2023 closing common stock price of $3.13. For the first quarter of 2023, the Company's dividend payout ratio amounted to 33.3%.
