On February 2, 2022, AmerisourceBergen Corporation (the “Company”) issued a news release announcing the Company’s earnings for the fiscal quarter ended December 31, 2021. A copy of the news release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
