Located in Arlington, Washington, Angel of the Winds Casino Resort is a tribal gaming and entertainment destination with a 125-room hotel, six restaurants, five bars, an event center and an upscale RV resort.

From a single screen, guests can view up to six months of availability and securely access personalized player offers. Aside from adding Agilysys Versa PMS and Agilysys Book as part of an integrated environment, Angel of the Winds has converted POS operations to InfoGenesis 12UX and implemented IG OnDemand and IG Kiosk to support service on the pool deck. Not only do guests have the ability to order food and beverage (F&B) items from just about anywhere on property, pay and have it delivered to their location, they can now also use the kiosk at the pool to purchase F&B or pool supplies like floaties, sunscreen and toys.

"Once the hardware was updated, POS operations ran so much faster and our team members have been so much happier. In addition, from a configuration standpoint, it has been far less complicated to add printers," said Andy Snider, IT Operations Manager for Angel of the Winds. "The guests absolutely love the kiosk at the pool. It has been very popular for direct, walk-up orders and the kiosks use the same menu definitions from OnDemand keeping operational practices consistent."
