– Other Events.

As previously disclosed, AngioDynamics, Inc. (“AngioDynamics” or the “Company”) is the defendant in an action brought by C.R. Bard, Inc. and Bard Peripheral Vascular Inc. (collectively, “Bard”) (now part of Becton Dickinson & Co.) in the United States District Court for the District of Delaware titled C.R. Bard, Inc. v. AngioDynamics, Inc., 1:15-cv-00218. On June 1, 2023, the District Court granted AngioDynamics’ Renewed Judgment as a Matter of Law, declaring that three U.S. patents asserted by Bard, US Patent Nos. 8,475,417, 8,545,460, 8,805,478, are invalid as anticipated, indefinite, and ineligible, and not willfully infringed. The judgment, which could be appealed by Bard to the Federal Circuit, is consistent with the Company’s position and arguments in the case since it was brought in 2015 and the Company believes the judgment reflects the meritorious defenses and positions of the Company in the other cases pending with Bard in the District of Delaware and the District of Utah, as described in the Company’s filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission. AngioDynamics continues to believe it has meritorious defenses and positions with respect to all litigation brought by Bard against the Company and intends to continue to vigorously pursue all available remedies and defenses.
