Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On August 12, 2026, Annexon, Inc. (the “Company”) announced certain financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2026. A copy of the Company’s press release, titled “Annexon Reports Second Quarter 2026 Financial Results, Business Updates and Key Anticipated Milestones” is furnished pursuant to Item 2.02 as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
