(NASDAQ:APLM) ("Apollomics" or the "Company"), a late-stage clinical biopharmaceutical company developing multiple oncology drug candidates to address difficult-to-treat and treatment-resistant cancers, today announced that on July 8, 2026, it received written notice from the Nasdaq Listing Qualifications Staff (Staff) stating that the Company regained compliance with the Market Value of Listed Securities (MVLS) requirement, as set forth in Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(b)(2) (Rule) for continued listing on the Nasdaq Capital Market, and the matter is now closed.

As previously reported, the Company was notified by the Nasdaq Stock Market LLC on June 18, 2026, that it was not in compliance with the Rule because it failed to maintain a minimum MVLS of $35 million over the previous 30 consecutive business days. Since then, Staff has determined that for the last 10 consecutive business days, from June 23, 2026 to July 7, 2026, the Company’s market value of listed securities has been $35 million or greater. Accordingly, the Company has regained compliance with the Rule, and this matter is now closed.
