Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.

On July 7, 2026, Aptera Motors Corp. (the “Company”) issued a press release (the “Press Release”) announcing that it has received a Certificate of Conformity from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, issued on June 18, 2026, for its 2026 Aptera Launch Edition vehicle. A copy of the Press Release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
