Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On March 14, 2022, Mariya K. Trickett informed Aptiv PLC (the “Company”) that she was resigning her position as Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer. She will be leaving the Company on a mutually acceptable date in April 2022 to facilitate a smooth transition. The Company thanks Ms. Trickett for her many contributions and wishes her well.
