Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers

On April 5, 2022, Rick Dreiling notified Aramark (the “Company”) of his decision to resign from the Company’s Board of Directors, effective as of the same date. Mr. Dreiling advised the Company that his resignation is not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies, or practices.
