Patrick Nails to retire after 22 years of distinguished service

Arch Insurance North America (Arch Insurance, Arch) today announced the appointment of Nora Deveau as Chief Claims Officer, effective August 1. She succeeds Patrick Nails, who will retire after 22 years of distinguished service.

Deveau joined Arch in 2005 and has since held roles of increasing responsibility within the claims department. She most recently served as Deputy Chief Claims Officer, from 2022-2026.

Nails joined Arch in 2004 and was named General Counsel in 2012. He subsequently moved to the Claims Department in 2018 and has since served as Chief Claims Officer.
