Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On September 1, 2023, Arcimoto, Inc. (the “Company”) and Jesse A. Fittipaldi, President, mutually agreed that Mr. Fittipaldi would separate from the Company effective as of the same date.
